Deputy Manager Commercial Operations

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, dispatch planning, and route optimization.
• Ensure timely billing, invoice processing, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholders for smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor dispatch performance, delivery adherence, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare MIS reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory).
• Expertise in Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Billing, Route Planning, and Dispatch Operations.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
