Deputy Manager - Commercial Claims

Role & responsibilities

Claims Handling:

Managing the entire lifecycle of commercial claims, All Lines of Business (Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability).

Should be able to handle high value and complex claims.

Interpretation of Policy T&C and to conclude claims as per Policy T&C

TAT Management:

Ensure timely and fair settlement of Claims as per Policy T&C with in TAT.

Controlling Ageing Of Claims.

Stakeholder Management:

Coordinating with Insured, Intermediaries, Loss adjusters, solicitors and internal Investigation Team

Fraud Detection:

Coordination with internal Investigation Team for suspicious claims to detect potential fraud.

Reporting & Compliance:

Generating reports for analysis and ensure all regulatory and company compliance and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Requires 4-8 years of industry experience, with specific expertise in handling commercial lines Claims (e.g., Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability). (Past Experience of handling Commercial Claims is must).
