Deputy Manager - Civil For Delhi/Ncr location

Objective: Responsible for handling civil engineering department and ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering activities related to the design, construction, and maintenance of waste management facilities.

Key Accountability

• Lead the civil design process, including site layout, grading, drainage, and structural design of waste management facilities.
• Ensure execution of projects within quality, timely & budgetary parameters.
• Ensure proper design engineering & support the sites in implementation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations, permits, and waste management guidelines during the construction and operation of waste management facilities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the civil engineering budget for waste management projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and consultants.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
