About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Cell Process to drive process excellence, technology integration, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement in solar cell manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SOPs, WIs, PFDs, MQP, SPC, RMR and ISO documentation.
Analyze electrical and process parameters using SPC, MS Excel and Minitab.
Plan and execute DOE and process experiments and prepare technical reports.
Drive New Process Integration (NPI) for PERC and Bifacial technologies.
Develop and optimize processes for PERC, Bifacial, TOPCon and Selective Emitter technologies.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Project and Utility teams.
Monitor and improve solar cell efficiency, quality, yield and process stability.
Work with process laboratory equipment such as 4PP, Reflectometer, Lifetime, SUN-VOC and EL Testing.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Train operators, GETs and engineers on solar cell technology, process control, SPC, 5S and safety.

Candidate Profile

7–8 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing is mandatory.
B.Tech in Electrical / Chemical / Renewable Energy or related discipline.
Strong hands-on experience in solar cell process engineering/manufacturing.
Experience with PERC / Bifacial / TOPCon technologies preferred.
Good knowledge of SPC, DOE, process optimization and data analysis.
Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.
