  2. Support field through trouble shooting on system
  3. Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
  4. Monthly hold clearance
  5. Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
  6. Coordinate with Sales& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
  7. Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
  8. Liasoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
