The Deputy Manager - CAT Axis will be responsible for managing and executing key initiatives within the CAT (Customer Acquisition and Technology) team. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or a related field, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools will be an advantage.
