Deputy Manager - Business Finance - CFA

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business performance tracking, P&L analysis and forecasting for key business segments.

- Analyse key metrics including NMV, revenue, contribution margin, logistics and marketing costs.

- Prepare MIS, business reviews and management dashboards, highlighting key trends and variances.

- Partner with Business, Operations, Marketing and other teams to evaluate financial impact of initiatives.

- Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis - ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, profitability improvement and process automation.

Expected Qualification & Experience:

- MBA (Finance) - CFA preferred.

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, Investment Banking, Consulting or a similar role.

- Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer internet, retail or marketplace businesses would be an advantage.

- Strong Excel - financial modelling and analytical skills; SQL - Power BI experience is a plus.

- Strong business acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
