Deputy Manager-Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and grow business with existing customers for rPP, rHDPE and rLDPE.
• Build and manage a strong sales funnel from lead generation trials approvals commercial orders repeat

business.

• Identify opportunities across Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Film, FMCG, Packaging, Paints, Lubricants and

Industrial applications.

• Conduct customer visits, understand requirements, coordinate trials and drive customer approvals.
• Participate in plastics, recycling, packaging and sustainability exhibitions and convert leads into business.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements and pricing.
• Work with QA & NPD to develop products based on customer requirements.
• Work with Plant, Sourcing and Finance teams to align customer commitments, pricing and profitability.
• Maintain weekly sales funnel and business MIS and proactively close gaps against targets.
• Support production planning and control (1015% of the role) by aligning customer demand, production plans and

delivery commitments.

Preferred candidate profile :

Young professionals with 13 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Plastics, Polymers, Recycling,

Packaging or related industries. More than experience, we value:
