4.Adressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability normsRelationships

5. candidate must be very good in excel and PPT, knowledge of working on BI Tool will be an advantage.

6. He/ She must have done a role of hardcore Business MIS/Business Analysis and Business Planning with an overall experience of about 6 to 8 years.

Key Performance Indicators:

1.Making incentive schemes through simulations

2.Making Management presentation monthly business review.

3.Managing plans Pan India.(Group business Channel).

4.Participating in weekly review call with channel heads and pan India sales people's.

5.Managing Contests/R&R.

6.Making dashboards for channel head.

7.Lost case Analysis, persistency analysis
