Job Title - Deputy Manager / Associate Manager HR Operation
Reports To - HR Head

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Operations professional to join our team as Deputy Manager / Senior Manager. In this role, you will oversee the end-to- end HR operations function, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage HR systems, and drive operational excellence across
the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and exit
  processes.
• Ensure smooth employee experiences and accurate documentation.
  Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI,
  gratuity, etc.).
• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve related queries.
  HR Policy & Compliance

• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and
  regulations.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  
  HRIS & Data Management

• Maintain HR systems and generate reports for leadership.
  Provide insights through HR analytics and dashboards.
  
  Employee Engagement Support

• Support engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and employee
  surveys.
• Partner with managers to foster a positive workplace culture.
  
  Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in HR operations and recommend automation or
  process enhancements.
• Drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
  Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources,
• Operation /Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in HR operations,
