Deputy manager/ Assistant Manager - Learning and Development

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across clinical, nursing, administrative, and support functions.
• Develop and execute annual/monthly training calendars.
• Coordinate employee induction, orientation, mandatory and competency-based training.
• Organize training on patient safety, infection control, fire safety, BLS, communication, customer service, SOPs, compliance, and hospital quality standards.
• Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
• Design and facilitate soft-skills, behavioral, leadership, and service-excellence programs.
• Coordinate internal trainers, external consultants, vendors, and training institutions.
• Track training attendance, completion, assessments,
• Identify training needs and develop training calendars.
• Plan and execute induction, mandatory, technical, behavioral, and leadership programs.
• Manage internal trainers, external consultants, and training vendors.
• Track training attendance, assessments, feedback, and effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and support NABH/JCI and other audit/accreditation requirements.
• Prepare L&D MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Drive employee development, service excellence, and continuous learning initiatives.
