Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager-FRM

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and investigate fraud/suspected fraud cases, identify root causes, control gaps, and financial impact.
• Handle RBI fraud reporting (FMR-1, FMR-4, CIMS submissions) and ensure timely regulatory compliance.
• Conduct Fraud Risk Assessments (FRA) across products, processes, and channels; recommend preventive controls.
• Review customer and digital fraud cases, transaction monitoring alerts, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, committee reports, audit responses, and track post-fraud action items to closure.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in FRM/Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, fraud investigation, regulatory reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel, MIS reporting, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving.
