Deputy Manager - Analytics

This position is responsible for building and implementing data solutions to drive the streamlining of analytics reports and next-generation AI Agents leveraging traditional and non-traditional data.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex predictive models using Python, Excel VBA, SQL, and other tools.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  
• Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or related field with expertise in data analytics.
  
• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from IIT or IIM; B.Tech/B.E. (Computers) preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language along with experience working on large datasets.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
