Roles and Responsibility
- Resolve SFDC functions related issues and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Educate internal and field teams on training requirements and address BRE level issues.
- Continuously observe and resolve field team issues, raising regular IT requests as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams to identify changes and attend bi-weekly meetings to find solutions.
- Identify repetitive problems and submit BRD, interacting with field teams to pinpoint exact issues.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Graduate or equivalent degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry, preferably in system support.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to changing work timings.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving s, with the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with Bajaj Finance Limited is preferred.
