Reporting To: Finance Controller

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Trial Balance Review: Conduct regular reviews of trial balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in compliance with IND AS standards.

• RBI Reporting:

• Prepare and file monthly returns such as CRILC and DNBS-4B.
• Submit quarterly returns including DNBS-01, DNBS-02, DNBS-03, and DNBS-04A.
• Handle annual RBI returns and provide timely responses to regulatory inspections and queries.
• Statutory Audit Coordination: Liaise with statutory auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with applicable standards.

• Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and compile data for responding to income tax notices, including scrutiny, assessments, and appeals at CIT and ITAT levels.
• Ensure accurate submission of TDS compliance and related documentation.

• GST Compliance:

• Prepare GST annual returns and manage submissions for GST notices.
• AIF Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance requirements related to AIF.
• Regulatory Submissions: Accumulate and manage data for various tax-related filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Experience & Education Required:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 2–3 years in accounts, tax, compliance, or related fields

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements under IND AS (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Comprehensive knowledge of RBI reporting (CRILC, DNBS returns) and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in managing Income Tax, TDS, and GST filings, assessments, and appeals.
• Hands-on experience with statutory audits and regulatory inspections.
• Strong analytical skills for trial balance review and data compilation.
• Proficiency in financial tools, tax software, and Excel.
