  2. We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Deputy Lab Technician In-Charge to join our laboratory team.
  4. Eligibility
  5. DMLT / BMLT from a recognized institution
  6. Minimum 8 years’ experience in a clinical/hospital laboratory
  7. Minimum 3 years’ experience in laboratory operations
  8. Previous experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory
  9. Experience in handling/facing at least 2 NABL assessments/audits is mandatory
  10. Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital preferred
  11. Key Responsibilities
  12. Supervision of day-to-day laboratory operations
  13. Staff management, duty allocation and team coordination
  14. Stock & inventory management of reagents, kits and consumables
  15. Laboratory instrument troubleshooting and service coordination
  16. Quality control, SOP implementation and documentation
  17. NABL audit preparation, compliance and handling of observations
  18. Monitoring sample quality and Turnaround Time (TAT)
  19. Laboratory safety and biomedical waste management
  20. Coordination with Pathologists, clinicians and hospital administration
  21. Ideal Candidate
  22. A professional with strong laboratory operations, leadership, quality-management, inventory-control and instrument-troubleshooting skills, with practical NABL audit experience.
  23. Immediate joiners will be preferred
  25. Compensation and Benefits: Rs.40000 to Rs.45000 ( Gross P.M.)
