Deputy Human Resource Manager

Position: Deputy Manager Recruitment
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer management.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in Non- IT Recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Apparel / Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Female candidates preferred to support diversity and inclusion.
