Deputy HR Manager

;Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR management practices Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding Knowledge of employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures Familiarity with labour laws and statutory compliance Experience in performance management and employee development Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and HR reporting Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory Ability to communicate effectively with regional teams across different locations
