Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete Plant HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
• Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain healthy relations with unions and employees.
• Handle union negotiations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage HR compliance and statutory audits.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee records, and required documentation.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination for payroll inputs.
• Conduct and support HR audits and implement corrective actions wherever required.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives at the plant.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and management for smooth HR operations.
• Prepare MIS, HR reports, and statutory documentation as required.
• Ensure effective implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate with an MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• 9–10 years of experience in Plant HR / Factory HR.
• Strong experience in Union Handling and Industrial Relations is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR audits.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and employee relationship skills.
• Ability to handle independent HR operations and coordinate with senior management.
