Deputy General Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with Contract Labour Act and other statutory laws.
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary processing, gratuity act, bonus act, PF act, ESI act, factory act & labor laws.
• Ensure legal compliance by maintaining accurate records of employee data and adherence to statutory audits.
• Develop and implement effective compliance management strategies to minimize risks associated with non-compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to workforce planning, industrial relations or employment law.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-30 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations role.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in HR/Industrial Relations).
• Proven track record of handling complex HR/IR matters independently without supervision.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws such as Contract Labour Act, Factory Act etc.
