Job Description:

The Construction and Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects for food factories, warehouses, and processing plants, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. This role blends civil engineering and MEP expertise with specialized knowledge of food industry requirements like GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, Safety standards and hygienic design.

3. BOQ Preparation and Approval

4. Site Supervision

5. Vendor Coordination

6. Compliance Management

7. Utilities Oversight

8. P & ID Verification

9. Documentation & Reporting

10. Technical Skills Industry Knowledge

12. Structural Stability Verification and clearance.

13. Commercial team Co-ordination.

Field of Experience Requirement:

10 - 18 years in Construction and Project Manager for industrial projects; dairy/food/beverage plants preferred.

Education Qualification :

Qualification: BE, B.Tech,ME, M.Tech

Specialization: Civil, Structural & MEP

Technical skills: Technical Software (CAD,STAAD,3DS max,etc)

Soft skills: Basic SAP Knowledge, Excel, Risk management, Multilingual communication
