Deputy General Manager- Service

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth through service sales.
• Oversee a team of technicians, providing guidance on servicing procedures and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
• Strong background in sales and service operations, with expertise in after-sales support services.
• Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies and increasing revenue growth.
