About this role
Purpose/Objective
DGM-Contract Administration Department to manage contracts awarded in Solar mfg.
projects.
Key Responsibilities of Role
1.
Follow up with engineering for user NFA for various packages.
2.
Sharing the TBER with GCP/BUTC.
3.
Preparation of commercial NFA with GCP/BU TC for placement of new orders and amendments.
4.
Follow up with GCC and issue of SAP PO after approval of commercial NFA.
5.
Organizing kick off meeting with contractors and getting the L2/L3 Schedule and get it approved by planning.
6.
Change managemet.
7.
Follow up for engineering, manufacturing and delivery of package items.
8.
Responsible for closure of contracts after contract completion.

Qualifications and Experience

E with 15 years in project management /contract management.
