Job Summary

About the Role. Strategic Leadership & Innovation. Drive end-to-end ownership of digital technology initiatives from conception to implementation. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends to drive innovation within the organization. Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead research and development of new digital solutions and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Present project updates, technical recommendations, and strategic insights to executive stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and external technology partnerships.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.
• Participate in hiring and building high-performing technology teams.
• Establish processes and frameworks that enhance team productivity and project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBA from a recognized business school (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience in digital technology, software development, or related fields. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology projects. Experience in digital transformation initiatives and emerging technology implementation.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.). Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, and digital platforms. Understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and system integration. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Work Experience: 8-10 Years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the lending industry (banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, or financial services).
• Lending Technology Knowledge: Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit assessment systems, loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Financial Technology Expertise: Experience with payment gateways, digital KYC, risk management systems, and banking APIs.
• Salesforce Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.
• Experience with fintech-specific technologies and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record of building and scaling technology teams in financial services.
