Deputy General Manager- HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR Shared Services team to deliver high-quality services to clients across various industries.
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors for benefits administration and other HR-related tasks.
• Provide exceptional client-facing support by resolving queries related to employee data management, payroll processing, and other HR operations.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in an HR Operations role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors module (Employee Central) for managing employee data and processes.
• Excellent team management skills with ability to lead a team remotely or onsite.
