Deputy General Manager For Mechanical Maintenance

DGM Mechanical Maintenance position with a leading Fertilizer Manufacturing Company.

Location: Kakinada
CTC: 35–40 LPA
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
Experience: 17+ years in Mechanical / Plant Maintenance

Key Requirements

• 17+ years of experience in Mechanical / Plant Maintenance
• Strong experience in Maintenance Leadership in large manufacturing / process plants
• Experience in Fertilizer / Chemical / Process / Petrochemical / Acid / Oil & Gas / Cement / Continuous Manufacturing industries
• Strong experience in Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Rotary & Stationary Equipment including pumps, agitators, conveyors, fans, drums, tanks, pipelines and valves
• Strong knowledge of Equipment Reliability, Condition Monitoring, RCA / RCFA, RCM & FMEA
• Experience in Maintenance Planning, Shutdown Planning, Manpower Planning & Critical Spare Management
• Exposure to SAP PM / SAP MM, Procurement & Vendor Management
• Experience in CAPEX / Revenue Expenditure, Maintenance Budgeting & Cost Optimization
• Strong Team Handling / People Management and contractor management experience
• Experience in Safety, PSMS, IMS, 5S & Statutory Compliance
• Experience in DAP / Phosphoric Acid / Sulphuric Acid / Fertilizer Plants will be an added advantage

Preferred Industry

Fertilizer / Chemical / Process Manufacturing

Candidates from Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Cement and other large continuous process manufacturing industries may also be considered, provided they have strong Mechanical Maintenance + Plant Maintenance Leadership experience.
