About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Accounts Payable and accounting operations
- Supervise Fixed Assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation and reconciliation
- Ensure timely monthly and annual book closure
- Handle SAP HANA for accounting and financial processes
- Review GL, provisions, reconciliations and accounting entries
- Prepare and review MIS, management reports and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian accounting policies, internal controls and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
- Manage and mentor the Finance & Accounts team
- Drive process improvements and ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial activities
- Work closely with the Head Finance & Accounts on reporting and financial matters
Preferred candidate profile
*Candidates must currently be working with an INDIAN ENTITY and should have strong experience in accounting as per INDIAN ACCOUNTING STANDARDS.*
Candidates working exclusively with GLOBAL / INTERNATIONAL ENTITIES and having experience primarily with global accounting standards will NOT be considered for this position.

B.Com + CA / M.Com + CA - Mandatory
10+ years of relevant experience* in Finance & Accounts
Entire Fixed Assets Management - Mandatory
SAP HANA
Bookkeeping & Accounting
Financial Reporting & MIS
Fully Experience in Accounts Payable - Mandatory
Team Management - Mandatory
Indian Accounting Standards - Mandatory
Digital Infrastructure / Telecom Industry
