Deputy Director - S4 Data Transformation (Finance)

This role supports the implementation and deployment of Master Data Conversions for the PepsiCo Global S4 migration project (PGT). Objectives of the role is to ensure that data conversions to SAP works seamlessly , efficiently and quality data is migrated to PGT environment. In addition this person will coach and provide direction to the Data conversion team members. This role will adopt and adhere to \"Selective Data transition\" Methodology principles for the PepsiCo Global Template deployment projects across the globe and will ensure all the learnings are seamlessly and timely implemented to drive the optimization and productivity.

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to define data migration scope, strategy and planning.
• Participate in the Data Migration Blueprint Design workshops.
• Map legacy data to SAP target structures, ensuring alignment with business rules and SAP best practices.
• Create and manage data load templates, mapping documents, validation rules, and reconciliation reports.
• Conduct data profiling and cleansing in collaboration with data owners and business SMEs.
• Participate in mock loads, dry runs, cutover activities and work with the data migration team to analyse data load errors and support resolution.
• Act as a bridge between Data CoE and the Functional teams.
• Support defect analysis and drive resolution.
• Support Data validation and Data Reconciliation activities

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of techno-functional experience in SAP data migration projects with greenfield/ blue field implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO configurations, process and master/transactional knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in AR/AP/GL/Asset Accounting
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, table relationships, and integration points.
• Proficiency in SAP migration tools: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or Finance Cockpit (good to have).
• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders and vendor partners effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Ability to solve complex issues within the project work group
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines, plans and navigate ambiguous situations.
