Deputy Business Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.
• Manage a team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth supply chain management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 10-30 years of experience in iron & steel industry, preferably in galvanizing or pickling line operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) processes and equipment.
• Experience with slitting operations is desirable but not mandatory.
