Deputy Area Manager

Position: Deputy Area Manager / Area Manager Operations
Location: Visakhapatnam
Department: COCO – Operations
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 10–12 years in QSR / Hospitality / Food & Beverage Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of business strategies to maximize portfolio profitability and operational performance
  • Set clear goals and expectations across stores and ensure effective execution of business strategies
  • Drive annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue, expenses, labour cost and capital planning
  • Ensure adherence to Subway brand standards, SOPs, training, food safety, cleanliness and statutory requirements
  • Drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, operational excellence and quality assurance across stores
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Risk, Legal and other support functions to achieve business objectives
  • Coach, mentor and develop store teams while driving employee engagement and succession planning
  • Review business performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve results
  • Build a high-performance culture through collaboration, accountability and leading by example
  • Support new store openings and be willing to travel to store locations as required

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong business & financial acumen with a thorough understanding of P&L, budgets, payroll and cost controls
• Strong knowledge of QSR / Restaurant Operations and project management
• Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Proven ability to drive results through teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
• Willingness to travel for new store openings and business requirements
