This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. The purpose of this role is to maintain MIS of Ethics Compliance (DAC Records).
Responsibilities - DAC MIS- Managing EC trackers on-
- Cases closed under DAC
- Cases reported to DAC recommended to close under compliance unit
- Cases reported to DAC closed under unfounded/HRP counselling (Not under DAC)
- DAC inputs with HRP (For review/ international travel/IJP auto promotion)
- DAC inputs sharing with internal HR functions.
- IJP/Auto promotion
- DAC Clearance on exit employees (FF Hold)
- DAC recovery inputs
- Payroll (fortnightly salary/ advance salary/ PMS/ sanity check)
- DAC inputs with HR operation for rehire checks
- DAC inputs with talent acquisition team on rehire cases
- Monthly DAC inputs with HR central for MIS
- Support to legal/RCU
- Sharing employee demographics details with legal on receipt of notices
Data Analysis
- Case categories employee involved in case
- Vintage of employee at the time of final action date
- Band wise analysis on case categories
- Business Group department wise incidents
- DAC stage wise time consumption on a DAC case (TAT)
- EC team member wise TAT stage wise
- Location wise analysis on DAC cases
100% Manual Excel Process
Required Qualifications and Experience Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree. Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in Excel/PowerPoint/VBA Macros/SQL/ data visualization software. Candidate will be required to enroll for Power BI course and will need to use data visualization software applications for analysis and presentations.
Work Experience
- 3+ Years of experience working with MNCs, NBFC/Bank(Excel/VBA and other applications)
