Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate responsibilities among team members and ensure clear accountability.
• Monitor SLA adherence for all processes handled by the team.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to clients as per agreed schedules.
• Review and verify reports prepared by Associates.
• Handle investor grievances and ensure appropriate reporting.
• Coordinate with the depository for client-specific reports and requirements.
• Manage regular client interactions related to corporate action proceedings.
• Ensure accuracy of reports shared with the depository.
• Act as a key coordination point between clients and the depository.
