Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will monitor and control progress, facilitating training and pilot programs to ensure a smooth deployment process. Your role will require effective communication and collaboration to manage interdependencies and drive the project towards successful completion.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions and pilot programs to ensure team readiness.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and decisions.Professional & Technical

Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have

Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Experience in stakeholder management and communication.

Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with deployment activities.

Familiarity with change management processes and techniques.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
