Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitoring progress through the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and pilots, ensuring that all resources are effectively utilized to achieve project goals.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize deployment processes.Professional & Technical

Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Proficiency in SAP Concur.

Skills:

Experience with project management methodologies.

Strong understanding of deployment strategies and best practices.

Ability to analyze project metrics and adjust plans accordingly.

Experience in training and mentoring team members.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Concur.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
