Project Role Description :Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will monitor and control progress, facilitate training sessions, and oversee pilot programs to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:1 Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S4 HANA Management Accounting2 Engage with Sales team for client demos in S4 HANA3 Assist in estimating the various new deals and prospective clients from SAP S4 Accounting perspective4 Work with a team lead to deliver SAP S4 HANA Management Accounting projects Onshore/Offshore 5 Able to handle cross functional teams offshore Onshore for project delivery 6 Participating in the scope workshop planning and execution 7 Understanding local legal requirements, designing the E2E processes, Defining the required SAP organizational elements.

Professional & Technical

Skills:

1 5+ implementation and roll-out SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting projects 2 Should have Hands- on experience in Preparing project charter, Scope document, Business process study, Requirement analysis, Gap Identification, Business Blueprint, Process Mapping, Configuration, Functional and Technical Specifications Document, Test Case Document, Training Presentation, Configuration Guide and User Manual for Management Accounting.3 Very good understanding and working experience of SAP S/4HANA CO including Overhead accounting, Profitability / Margin Analysis, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Transfer Price, 4 SAP S/4 HANA Management accounting certified
