Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor control progress through the deployment plan.

SUMMARY:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of deployment activities by carefully planning and managing schedules, budgets, and resources. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to ensure all deployment efforts are synchronized and interdependencies are effectively managed. Monitoring progress against the deployment plan and making necessary adjustments to maintain alignment and achieve project goals are key aspects of the daily routine. Additionally, facilitating training sessions and pilot runs to prepare teams for deployment forms an integral part of the responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless deployment activities.

Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies related to deployment processes.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Proficiency in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Database Management, Database Activity Monitoring.

Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance application performance on mainframe systems.

Ability to interpret performance metrics and implement optimization strategies effectively.

Experience in managing complex deployment schedules and resource allocation.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address performance bottlenecks and deployment challenges.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Mainframe Application Performance Optimization.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
