Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Deployment Engineer to support on-site deployment, installation, and supervision activities. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with hands-on experience in field operations, site visits, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and assessments of deployment activities of tower.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of equipment.
• Ensure deployment activities are completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and deployment records.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures during field operations.
• Travel to customer/project locations as required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in deployment, installation, field engineering, or site supervision roles.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and field deployment processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel daily for site visits.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in field site visits and site supervision.
• Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning activities.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with project execution and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
