Deployment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Coordination
• Develop detailed deployment plans for telecom sites, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, vendors, and operations) to align project timelines.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Execution
• Supervise on-site activities including tower erection, equipment installation, cabling, and power systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and resolve on-ground challenges.
• Handover & Documentation
• Conduct site acceptance testing and quality audits before handover.
• Prepare and maintain deployment documentation including drawings, test reports, and compliance certificates.
• Ensure smooth transition of deployed sites to operations teams with zero disruption.
