Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  
• Oversee team supervision, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  
• Implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
  
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in department management or related field (retail operations).
  
• Strong skills in floor operations, floor management, inventory management, retail operations, shrinkage control, stock management, team supervision, and visual merchandising.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
