Role & responsibilities

Cash counter planning and operations management
Daily cash collection, reconciliation, and handover
Banking transactions and deposit management
Voucher posting and accounting entries
Petty cash handling and monitoring
Ensuring accuracy of cash and accounts records
Supervising cash counter staff and maintaining SOP compliance
Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries

Preferred candidate profile

24 years of experience in a Supervisor/Manager role
Hands-on experience in cash and accounts management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good communication and team management abilities
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
