Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient floor management and customer service.
  
• Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
  
• Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
  
• Supervise sales team members, providing guidance on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry as a department manager or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Store Operations & Shrinkage Control.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
