Department Manager Retail For Womens,Mens,Kids and Saree-For East

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve department sales and revenue targets
• Manage and motivate department staff
• Monitor stock, inventory, and product displays
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Track sales performance and KPIs
• Handle customer issues and resolve operational concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 5 to 8 years of retail experience in Apparel Sales(Mens,Women's,Kids Wear, Saree)
• Experience in team handling and department/store operations.
• Strong sales and target achievement record.
• Good knowledge of inventory and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
