About the Role

Reliance Digital is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Department Manager to manage department-level operations, drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive department sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage day-to-day department operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor product availability, stock accuracy, inventory movement, and shrinkage.
• Drive conversion, productivity, average transaction value and other retail KPIs.
• Ensure effective manpower deployment and optimum team utilization.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and support functions for operational requirements.
• Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve department performance.
