Department Manager- FMCG

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure effective floor management by monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in retail store operations or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
• Proven track record in managing teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
