Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of faculty members to achieve academic excellence in the department.
  
• Develop and implement curriculum for mechanical engineering courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  
• Conduct research in areas such as automobile engineering, production engineering, and mechanical systems design.
  
• Collaborate with industry partners to develop innovative solutions for industrial applications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
  
• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in academia or industry with expertise in automobile engineering, production engineering, or mechanical systems design.
  
• Strong publication record in reputed journals/conferences with significant impact factor (IF).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
