Role Overview-

• A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases.

• The role requires attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and good typing speed.

Role Responsibilities-

• Responsible for Invoicing and complete order desk management from Chennai Yard.

• Coordinate with the HO for the machine arrivals, GRN and import documentation.

• Complete Inventory Count and management of Machines, Attachments and Consumbles. Purchase order Releases for both Machines & Attachments & Consumables for Imports & Local Vendors under the supervision of S&O P Manager.

• Coordinate with HO for Tier 2 Supplier Purchase Order to Delivery and GRN for the Special Attachment Business.

• Record Management Timely customs Clearance of Import machines & attachments.

• Efficiently managing imports containers from different Plants in cost effective manners. FIFO management for attachments & buckets.

• Price release for the sales codes with S&OP Manager.

• Managing the WH for In & Out bound operations. Handling Letter of Credit transaction Import & Export.

Required Experience & Skills-

• BCOM / MCOM Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills.

• PG Diploma in Logistics Management 0-2 years of experience in data entry or similar roles (freshers may also apply)
