Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of dental clinics, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care.
  
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient base and revenue growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
• Any graduate with past similar experience
  
• BDS degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
  
• MBA/PGDM in Hospitality Management preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of principles and practices.
