Urgent Hiring - Experienced Dental Assistant

Organization: Dental Clinic / Multispeciality Dental Centre

Position: Dental Assistant / Chairside Assistant

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in a dental clinic or hospital is preferred.

Qualification

• Diploma / Certificate in Dental Assisting or relevant dental healthcare qualification preferred.
• Practical experience in chairside dental assistance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental consultations, procedures and surgeries.
• Prepare dental instruments, materials and treatment rooms before procedures.
• Handle dental instruments, cements and other materials appropriately.
• Perform cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments.
• Maintain infection control, hygiene and safety protocols.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures and provide chairside support.
• Maintain dental equipment and ensure treatment rooms are organized.
• Assist with patient appointments, records and basic reception duties as required.

Candidate Profile

• Strong chairside assistance and dental instrument-handling skills.
• Knowledge of dental sterilization and infection control procedures.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Professional, organized and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with dentists and clinic staff.
