Role Overview Requirements

• Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and feature walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.
• Organize product collateral, setup guides, and demo documentation for seamless client meetings.
• Assist with user queries and provide real-time support during and after product demos.
• Maintain demo logs, client feedback records, and support ticket documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address custom client requirements or feature requests.
• Help prepare account setups and data onboarding prior to client go-live.
• Maintain digital records of support queries and keep product knowledge base updated.
• Support other customer success and administrative tasks as required.
