Demo Booking Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Demo Booking Executive to manage demo scheduling, coordinate with teachers, and ensure a smooth booking experience for parents and students.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, quick decision-making abilities, and practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidates with experience in inside sales, telesales, pre-sales, customer support, academic counselling, or sales coordination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and ensure smooth demo scheduling.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with teachers to maintain updated availability and active status.
• Match teachers with students and parents based on language preferences, regional requirements, availability, and suitability.
• Handle demo booking requests efficiently while maintaining scheduling accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with teachers.
• Track teacher performance, availability, and feedback using internal dashboards and systems.
• Manage multiple leads, booking requests, follow-ups, and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, data management, and basic reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues and improve the demo booking experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, pre-sales, telesales, customer support, business development, or coordination.
• Hands-on experience handling customer calls, queries, objections, and follow-ups independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain products, services, pricing, and processes clearly.
• Good decision-making, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filters, sorting, and basic IF formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and operational tasks without compromising accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, education counselling, online sales, inside sales, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience coordinating appointments, demos, schedules, or service bookings.
• Familiarity with dashboards, CRM systems, and spreadsheet-based tracking.
